Fontspan is built by Non Foundry ("we", "us"). This page explains what data Fontspan and this website collect,
and why.
Purchases.
When you buy a Fontspan license, your payment is processed by Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record. We never see or store your card details. Lemon Squeezy's own privacy policy governs that transaction.
License activation.
Activating your license sends your license key to Lemon Squeezy's License API to verify it and register your Mac. We store the result locally on your machine — we don't keep a copy on our servers.
Trial verification.
During your free trial, Fontspan periodically checks in with a small service we run (a Cloudflare Worker) to record the date it first saw your Mac, identified only by a hardware identifier — not your name, email, or any other personal information. This exists solely to keep the trial period honest; nothing else is stored or derived from it.
Website.
This site uses Cloudflare Web Analytics, a privacy-friendly analytics tool that doesn't use cookies or collect personal data, to understand overall traffic.
