By downloading or purchasing Fontspan,
you agree to these terms.
License.
A Fontspan license is a personal, non-transferable right to run the app on one Mac at a time. You may deactivate and reactivate on a new Mac by contacting support — see our FAQ.
What you may not do.
Share your license key, redistribute the app, or attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or circumvent its trial or licensing mechanism.
Trial.
Fontspan may be evaluated free for 15 days from first use.
Purchase is required to continue using it afterward.
Refunds.
Refunds are handled by Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record, at their own discretion, in line with their standard buyer terms.
No warranty.
Fontspan is provided "as is." We work to keep its coverage analysis accurate, but we make no guarantee that it is error-free or fit for every particular purpose.
Limitation of liability.
To the extent permitted by law, Non Foundry is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of Fontspan.
Governing law.
These terms are governed by the laws of Nuevo León, Mexico.
